Project Overview:

A full graphics package for an educational program by The Royal Institute of Traditional Arts (Wirth), focused on teaching authentic Saudi crafts. The project combines AI-generated imagery, AI-assisted video, and 2D/3D motion design to build a cohesive visual system across episodes and course modules.

Objectives:

• Create a consistent visual system across episodes and modules.
• Translate traditional crafts into clear, engaging visual storytelling.
• Integrate AI-generated assets within a unified style.
• Support educational content with structured motion graphics.
• Deliver scalable visuals for multiple modules and formats.

Scope of Work:

Our educational program graphics process ensures consistency and scalability through these steps:

1. Program Mapping & Module Structure: Reviewing the course format and defining where graphics support is needed across lessons, chapters, and episodes.
2. Visual System & Style Rules: Establishing the core design language (typography, color, layout grid, motion behavior) to stay consistent across all modules.
3. AI Asset Direction & Curation: Generating and curating AI imagery and AI-assisted video elements, then refining them to match the program’s unified style.
4. 2D/3D Graphics Package Build: Producing the reusable toolkit (openers, lower thirds, titles, transitions, chapter cards, callouts) plus 2D/3D scenes where needed.
5. Integration & Versioning Across Formats: Adapting the graphics system for different lesson types, durations, and aspect ratios while maintaining visual consistency.
6. Finishing, QC & Delivery: Quality control for readability, pacing, and style alignment, then exporting a delivery-ready package for ongoing use.
